  • Single-User License Granted:Purchase of any product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual, single-user use only. You may adapt products for your own individual work deliverables or individual presentations.

  • Restrictions (Prohibited Uses): You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, gift, upload, or transfer the product to any third party or organization-wide group, in original, modified, or derivative form. A standard purchase grants access solely to the individual purchaser; it does not grant enterprise-wide or multi-user deployment rights across an organization.

  • No Ownership Transfer: Purchase of a product grants a limited license only and does not transfer copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights to the user.

  • Enforcement & Revocation: The OG Standard LLC actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized sharing, group distribution, or resale will result in immediate revocation of your license without refund and may subject you to legal action and statutory damages.

5. Commercial Use & Enterprise Licensing

Our digital products and proprietary systems are intended solely for single-user personal or internal professional reference. They may not be resold, repackaged, white-labeled, taught publicly, or otherwise commercialized without express written consent and a formal Enterprise Licensing Agreement from The OG Standard LLC.

11. Severability
