Oana’s career began in Canada supporting UHNW CEO’s across international billion dollar energy operations and managing complex cross-border communications in 4 languages. From the start, she built a reputation for efficiency, streamlining executive operations, modernizing governance, and enabling founders to move faster and lead more effectively.
Her work has taken her from multi-billion-dollar family offices to high-growth startups and founder-led organizations across North America and Europe.
