Fit & Focus Consultation (30 minutes)
This strategy session is an evaluation in which Oana will determine whether a potential engagement is viable, productive, and mutually aligned with her standards of advisory. It is intended for founders, CEOs, and senior operators who are facing tangible challenges and are willing to receive experienced, direct, and actionable input.
Oana will use this time to evaluate whether the issue at hand is one she is prepared to support, whether the leader demonstrates a readiness to implement change, and whether the dynamic holds the potential for effective collaboration. Fit is based on clarity of intent, urgency of need, and openness to correction.
